CONCORD, N.C. — A vacant property will soon be home to a Sam’s Mart carwash, Dunkin’ Donuts and a Bonjangles restaurant, according to the Independent Tribune.
Troutman Motors is developing the lot, which currently houses its business and a State Employees Credit Union, said the article.

The Sam’s Mart location will not include a convenience store like most of its other locations, noted the article, but it will be a carwash only.
The carwash will be located in front of the dealership, reported the article. The car lot will likely be sold in the future and relocated.
