ALLENTOWN, PA — A carwash employee is now in prison after he stole two bank bags containing $1,390 from his employer, The Morning Call reported.
The Sept. 10 story stated that the owners of Kunhsville Car Wash reported a burglary to police on Sunday morning. Even though the money was missing, there were no signs of forced entry and the alarm had been deactivated.
The owners then reviewed surveillance footage and identified their employee Nickelas D. Reznick as the person who took the two bank bags. He had used his work keys to enter the wash on Saturday night.
Reznick turned himself in and admitted to stealing the bags, according to court reports. He was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property. Reznick was arraigned and sent to Lehigh County Prison under $25,000 bail.
