In the interview, Culp starts by saying, “I think business school […] is an amazing investment — I think all education makes sense — but I do think some things are missing.” According to Culp, what she claims is missing from business school education is an emphasis on:

  • Creativity
  • Risk-taking
  • Problem-solving.

Culp goes on to explain why she thinks these three concepts are especially important for business owners to learn and embrace, regardless of whether or not they can or do attend business school.
