Wheel-eez has unique roots, innovative product

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The idea for Wheel-eez wheel cleaner started with Cork Industries Inc. developing a safer cleaning product for printing presses.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Wheel-eez wheel cleaner is a unique product for a number of reasons. For starters, Wheel-eez was the only company at this year's Car Wash Show™ with a former WWE diva, Terri Runnels, at its booth.

Then there’s the fact that Cork Industries Inc., the parent company, came up with the idea for Wheel-eez while developing a “safer cleaning product for use on multi-million dollar printing presses,” said John Sohigian, director, sales & marketing at Wheel-eez.

What gives Wheel-eez a winning formula, according to Sohigian, is not only that it’s “very effective at removing built-up brake dust, road grime and stubborn deposits from all types of wheels,” but also that it’s not harmful to metal fixtures or concrete flooring. In fact, it actually leaves a protective coating against acidic chemicals, he continued.

The product cleans as well as the best HF-based cleaners, he said, but it “is safe for employees, customers and adds years of life to metal fixtures and floors at a comparable cost per car.” It’s also environmentally responsible, he said.

The product is new to the marketplace, and has been approved by the EPA for sale on military bases. But the real question is, who is Wheel-eez brinigng to The Car Wash Show in 2015™?
