New website seeks to improve user experience

DETROIT — Users’ mobile experiences were also upgraded.

DETROIT — Detail XPerts has launched a new redesigned website with improved navigation, according to a press release.

Before launching the website the company conducted a search engine optimization (SEO) audit to focus on creating a consistent experience for users, noted the release.

“Our website is now positioned to welcome a new generation of franchisee prospects as well as savvy car wash and auto detailing owners,” said Angela Williams, president of DetailXPerts franchise operations, in the release. The people who visit our website bring their expectations of what a good site should be.”

The website aims to allow prospects to find the information they need more quickly, stated the release. The mobile site was also improved as part of the upgrade.
