Five facts about employee engagement and how it can impact your business.

In Professional Carwashing & Detailing’s upcoming June issue article, “Get smart,” Group Editorial Director/Chief Editor Rich DiPaolo discusses how investing in carwash-centered education for both yourself and your employees will benefit you (as opposed to simply costing you) in the long run.

In the article, DiPaolo says, “One of the most common reasons for an employer not to provide employee training stems from concerns that the worker will quit and possibly bring his or her advanced skills and learning to the competition. However, although many new operators might not be aware of it, training itself is an employee retention tool.”

DiPaolo goes on to not only detail how and why investing in employee education can make your business more successful, but he also describes the difference between classroom and hands-on training.
