WILLINGBORO, N.J. — The owner of Finish Line 38, Sean McGovern, loves the location, because it’s the site of a previous carwash, and the fact it’s on a busy highway, according to the Burlington County Times.
McGovern and his family have been involved in the auto industry for many years, according to the article, and spent around $500,000 to renovate the 7,200-square-foot building, and on other amenities.
