COLONIE, N.Y. — New Country Motor Car Group wants to construct a dealership where a roadside motel currently sits, according to the Albany Business Review.
If approved the site will include a 36,000-square-foot dealership and a 10,000-square-foot building for detailing, noted the article. Current zoning allows these uses.
The planning board will next receive a sketch of the plans, reported the article. The motel property is listed for sale for $2.5 million.
The company owns 28 other dealerships throughout New York, Connecticut and Florida, stated the article.
