INDIANAPOLIS — Crew Carwash recently announced a new company assistance plan that will help its employees who have student loan debt pay it back faster, according to a press release.
Through its Student Loan Repayment Assistance Plan, Crew will pay $1,200 per year, $100 each month, toward employees’ student loans, which is paid directly to the lender, continued the release.
The Student Loan Repayment Assistance Plan, which will be managed by a third party, will be offered to all Crew management team members with a student loan, stated the release.
The company believes this new student loan program will help reduce the term of team members’ loans by 25 percent, enabling them to repay loans in 7.5 years compared to 10 years, added the release.
The Student Loan Repayment Assistance Plan is the latest of several new employee benefits Crew has rolled out in the last year, noted the release, and will go into effect July 2016.
