Mister Car Wash acquires four Auto Spa locations

TUCSON, Ariz. — Mister Car Wash grows its presence in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

TUCSON, Ariz. — Mister Car Wash announced the acquisition of Auto Spa Car Wash, consisting of four express locations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, according to a press release.

“Grand Rapids is quickly becoming a great market for us as a company,” said Joe Matheny, vice president of operations for Mister Car Wash. “We are grateful for the warm welcome we’ve had in the area and are excited to bring our store count in Grand Rapids to 11, giving our customers and Unlimited Wash Club® members in Western Michigan more locations to wash their cars.”

With this latest acquisition, Mister Car Wash now operates 227 carwashes in 21 states, the release concluded.

Three master detailers to be caretakers for vintage cars at car show

ENCINITAS, Calif. — According to a press release, three Master-certified automotive detailers from San Diego County prepped two vintage cars for a car show.

3D Car Care Master-certified detailer Jose Junco with High Performance Auto Detail in Encinitas/North San Diego County, California, Dr. Beasley Master-certified detailer Aldo Alba of ASAP Auto Detail in Rancho Bernardino/Poway, California, and Gloss-It Master-certified trainer Royer Horton of Got Detail in San Diego were at the Petersen Museum earlier this week.
