HAZLETON, Pa. — In a two-step process, Hazle Township Planning Department approved recommendation for the final phase of development of a car dealership complex, according to the Standard Speaker.
After receiving the recommendation, representatives for All Pro Airport Road, L.P. (All Pro) went before the board of supervisors and secured the final land development approval, stated the article.
All Pro plans to build a carwash, bank and five car dealerships on the 45 acres of land between a Wal-Mart and Community Park Road, reported the release.
Joseph M. Calabrese, a civil engineer with RJD Engineering, said that those who attended the meetings are not permitted by All Pro to release any details about the proposed dealerships, continued the article.
However, informed the article, Calabrese and Dennis R. Connell, of Form Space Design Architecture, did provide updates on the two-phase construction project.
Calabrese explained in the article that the first phase involves constructing three dealership buildings and a fourth building to house a carwash and detail center.
Phase two, noted Calabrese in the article, involves three buildings, and the largest site will house a 48,000-square-foot dealership.
