GRIMES, Iowa — Ryko Solutions Inc., the largest provider of managed carwash systems in North America, has completed its acquisition of National Carwash Solutions, LP (NCS), the largest independent carwash service organization in North America, according to Russell Bell with Ryko.
Terms of the final transaction were not disclosed.
In a previous release about the sale, NCS CEO Hank Richard said, “I’m excited about the shared mission we have with Ryko around partnering with customers to build more profitable carwashes. Both Ryko’s and NCS’ shared strong customer centric commitment and keen interest in providing the industry’s premier consulting services is what makes the difference in being able to earn the trust of and build longtime relationships with customers.”
