MUSCAT, Oman — Speedy Mobile Car Wash has recently brought mobile carwashing to the country, according to Timesofoman.com.
The business is staying booked throughout the week, noted the article, and it has weekend appointments scheduled three weeks in advance.
Packages start at OMR3, or $US 7.79, and can go up to OMR120, or $US 311.73. The basic wash includes an exterior wash and an interior vacuum, while other services features window and wheel treatment, interior polishing, air freshener, tire polish, additional waxing and headlight polishing. The most expensive package includes a nano-ceramic coating for exterior paint and dashboard treatments.

The normal wash option takes 30 minutes to complete, stated the article. Washes are also available that use a small amount of water to form a solution that doesn’t require rinsing.
Owner Maryam Yahya Al Jailani said in the article the waterless wash allows the business to stay mobile and operate in water-restricted areas or apartment buildings.
Employees’ uniforms are made of microfiber to prevent scratching vehicles, reported the article.
