Mister Car Wash acquires second Castle Car Wash location

TUCSON, Ariz. — Mister adds a 15th location to its Georgia market.

TUCSON, Ariz. — Mister Car Wash expanded its presence in the greater Atlanta region with the acquisition of a full service carwash, Castle Car Wash, located at 930 Peachtree Pkwy., Cumming, GA 30041, according to a press release.

This is the second location Mister acquired from Castle Car Wash, the release continued; in October 2017, Mister purchased the Castle Car Wash on Buford Hwy. in Cumming, Georgia.

“With 15 locations in Georgia, we look forward to offering more area carwashes for our customers and bringing our Unlimited Wash Club© members the added benefits of convenient locations,” said Ben Melendez, director of operations, East. “We are thrilled to welcome the Castle team to the Mister Car Wash family.”

With this latest acquisition, Mister Car Wash now operates 262 carwashes in 21 states, the release concluded.

NEW YORK — According to a press release, Firmament, a provider of structured equity capital solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises, announced its strategic investment in Sparkle Express Car Wash Group, a new membership-based express carwash brand headquartered in Chicago with locations across Georgia, South Carolina, and Illinois.

Sparkle represents the business combination of 19 separate unit acquisitions across all three states.
