MIDDLEBORO, MA — The Summer Water Management Program recently enacted here restricts water use for the washing of vehicles, SouthCoastToday.com reported. Any person that violates the water restrictions will be liable to a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each subsequent offense.
