WICHITA FALLS, Texas — One of the fields that would be most impacted by increasing stages of drought restrictions would be the carwash industry, according to Texomashomepage.com.
During Stage 4, which Wichita Falls is currently in, carwashes are unable to open once a week.

When Stage 5 restrictions hit, washes would be forced to close two days a week.
All American Car Wash owner Jim Cadotte, said the perception that carwashes waste water is something that is unfair, and washes are a water saver. He said 80 percent of the water his wash uses in recycled.
