Quick Quack Car Wash opens new Providence location
PROVIDENCE, Utah — Quick Quack Car Wash is giving away the best “Lucky Duck” carwash package to every customer for 10 days to celebrate the opening of a new location serving Providence and the Greater Logan area in Utah, according to a press release.
The free carwash days begin on Sept. 19th and run through Sept. 28th and are only available at the new location, the release continued.
The new location at 8 South Hwy. 165 in front of Macey’s is the 13th Quick Quack Car Wash to open in Utah in just over two years, the release stated.
Additional locations in West Jordan and Roy are already under construction, while Riverton, South Jordan and Tooele carwashes will break ground soon, the release added.
In conjunction with the grand opening, Quick Quack also held a special fundraiser on Sept. 17th to benefit the Mountain Crest High School Athletic programs, where the company matched donations made to the program, the release stated.
“It is exciting to know that Quick Quack can now service Utahans and impact communities in four counties from Spanish Fork to Logan,” said Dallas Hakes, owner and regional development partner for Quick Quack Car Wash. “We are ready for another community to fall in love with Quick Quack’s fun brand of fast carwashes, customer service and community partnership.”
Quick Quack Car Wash is open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
ISTOBAL exhibits new system for cleaning truck interiors and wash tunnel
VALENCIA, Spain — ISTOBAL participated in the 25th edition of Automechanika Frankfurt, where it successfully presented the latest sector innovations featuring a pioneering system for cleaning and disinfecting the interior of trucks and a new wash and dry tunnel, according to a press release.
The Spanish group presented in Frankfurt a new industrial-wash business line, ISTOBAL HW’INTRAWASH, the release continued.
The company is the first large carwash manufacturer in Europe to have an industrialized, automatic and professional system for the washing and disinfection of commercial vehicles, the release added.
Additionally, the new ISTOBAL T’WASH30 wash and dry tunnel was one of the highlights of the exhibition, the release added.
The tunnel can wash and dry up to 60 vehicles per hour with the three-brush module and up to 80 with the five-brush module based on machine length and cycle speeds.
Rocktane Gas and Wash fully opens
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City’s carwash opened on Sept. 19th, according to www.pressofatlanticcity.com.
The lot consists of the Rocktane gas station, a 5,100-square-foot convenience store and a 3,500-square-foot automated carwash, the article stated.
The Rocktane Gas and Wash celebrated its full opening with free coffee all day in the convenience store and free carwashes for Atlantic City Police and Fire Department vehicles, the article added.
The Hard Rock opened on June 27th, followed by the Rocktane gas station on July 16th, the article concluded.
