Bill changer manufacturer acquired by Valley-Dynamo Companies

RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — The acquisition goes into effect Oct. 15.

RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — Valley-Dynamo Companies has purchased Rowe Bill Changers from Megatouch, LLC, according to a press release, effective Oct. 15.

In the release, Kelye Stites, president of Valley-Dynamo, said Rowe will continue to operate as a separate business.

“Rowe is an industry leader with a proven and well established reputation in the money handling industry, and we welcome all the Rowe distributors and operators to the Valley-Dynamo family of companies,” noted Stites in the release.

“This transaction offers significant benefits for Rowe bill changer owners, distributors and stakeholders," Rowe Vice President Tom Kozlik stated in the release. "Valley-Dynamo is infusing excitement and financial investment that provides compelling new opportunities for Rowe now and in the future.”

Rowe has provided bill and coin handling products for more than 50 years. Its products are used by carwash, laundry, vending, gaming, parking, education industries and more, reported the release.

Valley-Dynamo is a gaming and sporting goods manufacturer, and it has been the dominant manufacturer of coin-operated pool tables in North America for more than six decades, said the release.
