Another acquisition for Mister Car Wash

TUCSON, Ariz. — The company now has a presence in six Texas cities.

TUCSON, Ariz. — Mister Car Wash has purchased Four Seasons Car Wash & Lube in Abilene, Texas, according to a press release.

With the newly acquired property, Mister Car Wash operates 151 carwashes and 32 lube centers across 16 states, noted the release.

“Abilene is a great place to do business,” said John Lai, CEO of Mister Car Wash, in the release. “We currently operate two express carwashes there, and we’re excited to offer our customers a complete range of services by adding this third, full-service location.”

The company also has locations in Houston, Mesquite, Austin, El Paso and Lubbock, Texas, stated the release.

“The Four Seasons management team has done an excellent job delivering a great carwash and lube experience in Abilene since 1988,” added Lai in the release. “We’re working closely with them to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for employees and customers alike.”

Mister Car Wash is an operating company of Leonard Green & Partners LP, a private equity firm, reported the release.
