HUNTS POINT, NY — The owner of Le Club Hand Car Wash is using a billboard near his property to help search for Eric Cepeda, a missing Bronx man.
The owner decided to use the LED billboard to assist with the search following a television news story about the search for the man, the News 12 Westchester report said.
Cepeda is physically and mentally disabled and has been missing for a week.
