SANTA CLARITA, CA — A foreclosure sale for a carwash here has been scheduled for Jan. 23, SCVNews.com reported.
The Jan. 7 story stated that an auction for the property occupied by Canyon County Car Wash has been scheduled. According to the foreclosure notice, the property’s owner, Nutwood Avenue LLC, has an unpaid balance of $2.5 million.
Investors buy carwash for $1.1 million
The note was secured by a deed of trust assigned to Stewart Default Services in San Diego. Unless the debt is cured prior to Jan. 23, the carwash property will be auctioned off at 9 a.m. in Pomona, the story noted.
