Ryko hires senior director of professional services

GRIMES, Iowa — Sam Toubia will be responsible for creating new recurring revenue opportunities by managing Ryko’s 250-plus service technicians, according to a press release.

GRIMES, Iowa — The new Senior Director of Professional Services for Ryko, Sam Toubia, will be responsible for creating new recurring revenue opportunities for the organization, according to a press release.

Toubia will be managing the 250-plus service technicians for the company, and “developing and executing on maintenance and customer connectivity programs, and continuing to build on the customer service experience,” continues the release. Most recently, Toubia worked for General Electric Healthcare, guiding GE’s West Zone business directing field leadership team, states the release.

“Our service team is second to none in its expertise and dedication to the uptime and profitability of our customers and their operations,” said Steven A. L’Heureux, CEO of Ryko. “Under Sam's leadership, we expect an even greater focus in implementing a consistent series of strategic business initiatives that will deliver year over year market share growth in the services sector by enhancing the customer experience."
