SALINAS, CA — A 34-year-old woman here was arrested after allegedly using drugs inside a carwash, The Salinas Californian reported.
The Feb. 14 story stated that police officers responded to an 11:39 a.m. call reporting a woman that was potentially under the influence of drugs. Angela Rodriguez was identified as having allegedly smoked methamphetamine inside the carwash’s maintenance room.

When police arrived, they learned Rodriguez had forcefully taken a motorist’s keys and fled the area. She was found hiding in the back of the vehicle.
After a short conversation with police officers, she fled again. She was arrested after a brief chase on foot.
Woman charged with shooting at carwash
Rodriguez was a parolee at large, and she was booked into the county jail on suspicion of robbery, resisting arrest, violating parole and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
