Ride the wave of carwashing’s growth through connections and information

Contribute to industry growth by seeking out knowledge and resources at trade shows and other related events.

There’s nothing quite like a professional carwashing and detailing trade show. Whether you attend regional events like February’s Southwest Car Wash Association’s Convention and Expo in Dallas or April’s International Carwash Association’s The Car Wash Show 2015 in Las Vegas, the potential for learning and networking has mass appeal. If you are currently at The Car Wash Show 2015 while reading this, please be sure to visit our booth 2439.

From towels to conveyor systems, these events give you a firsthand look at the innovation taking hold in our market. Customers want better and more sustainable results from local carwashes, and today’s equipment, system and chemical manufacturers provide solutions to achieve customer satisfaction, conservation and profitability.

In addition to seeing new products at trade shows and reading about advancements in technologies, such as in several of the articles contained in this issue, plugged-in owners and operators can also connect with other local and national carwashes from having casual conversations at shows or connecting on social media or industry-related forums.

Most credible resources support the fact that our industry is healthy and growing. With interest rates low (but expected to rise), more investors are finding ways to access the funds necessary to enter the industry. Their success and the expected advancements of this industry depend on how well we can advance knowledge through credible industry sources and maximize the opportunities of trade show participation.
