SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A currently vacant building near Cal Expo is scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new carwash, according to an article posted by the Sacramento Business Journal.
The city of Sacramento currently has the application for the new carwash, which includes a new 3,586-square-foot carwash center, under the Quick Quack Car Wash name, added the article.
In addition, the plans also include a tunnel, an office, vacuums, 12 parking spaces, a staff lounge and bathroom, equipment storage and an electrical room, stated the release.
According to the article, the project requires both design review and a conditional-use permit.
