WARSAW, Ind. — Warsaw Chemical recently announced new owners after being employee-owned for 25 years, according to a company press release.

The new owners, Scott Wolfrum and Tyler Sadek, are both from Indiana and are new to the chemical industry, added the release.

They are looking forward to learning more about the chemical business and finding ways to continue to serve customers, continued the press release.

Warsaw Chemical headquarters will remain in Warsaw, Indiana, according to the release, and the company staff, sales team and management, including President Ken Bucher will also remain in place.

Bucher said, “As we turn the page at Warsaw Chemical, we feel confident that this will be very positive for our customers and our employees, which are the most important things.”
