Guy Goddard of Super Sonic Car Wash passes away

OGDEN, UT — Guy, who also served as president of the International Car Wash Association, was 66 years old.

OGDEN, UT — Guy Wayne Goddard of Super Sonic Car Wash, who also served as the president of the International Carwash Association from 1999 to 2000, passed away on Oct. 6, 2013, at the age of 66.

According to his obituary, Guy and his "wife traveled with the Car Wash Enhancement group for many years and enjoyed the company of their friends."

Guy and his brothers helped build the Super Sonic Car Wash chain, which was founded by their parents, Wayne and Marion, in 1959.

"Guy will always be remembered for his big and generous heart and kindness to others…you will be loved and missed by all who knew you," stated the obituary.
