PHOENIX — Federal prosecutors want a carwash chain owner behind bars because of illegal hiring practices, according to the Arizona Daily Sun.
Danny’s Family Car Wash owner Daniel Lewis Hendon is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 21 after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of identity fraud, said the article.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Arizona has recommended “an 18-month prison sentence followed by 19 months of home confinement,” stated the article.
The office says Hendon engaged in a “massive, multi-year, company-wide scheme” to carry out the illegal practice.
