Crooks hammer carwash pay station for hours

SAUGUS, Mass. — A group of men tried to get into a machine for three hours.

SAUGUS, Mass. — According to www.wcvb.com, surveillance footage at Barn Car Wash caught a group of men in the act of trying to rob a pay station.

The men pounded the machine with crowbars and sledgehammers for three hours before giving up, the article continued.

The owners of Barn Car Wash said the machine was completely ruined, the article noted.

They also believe this may be the same group that tried to break into the carwash about two months prior, the article concluded.
