PHOENIX — The carwash chain that had 14 managers indicted for firing and rehiring illegal immigrants, now has 13 locations in foreclosure, according to AZ Central.

As of January, 10 of the managers have pled guilty to taking part in a scheme to rehire and provide illegal workers with fraudulent identities, the article noted.
The owner of the wash chain, Daniel “Danny” Hendon, has not been indicted. He’s a former police officer, and also previously owned 20 carwashes.

Hendon filed for bankruptcy shortly after Danny’s originally fired 900 workers in 2011.
The lenders filed for foreclosure on June 10, and the foreclosure auction is scheduled for Sept. 16, noted the article.
