Details revealed about this year’s Australian Car Wash Expo

QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA — The Australian Car Wash Association announced the education sessions lined up for the Expo, taking place Oct. 13-15.

QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA — Details have been released regarding the Australian Car Wash Expo, taking place Oct. 13-15 at the Novotel Twin Waters in Maroochydore, Queensland.

The Expo, the only carwash show held in Australia, revealed the following program:

  • Opening Breakfast
  • Exhibition Hall
  • Trade Tuesday (Offering a Maintenance Workshop)
  • Welcome BBQ
  • Gala Dinner
  • Social Sunday (Join in the Presidents Cup Golf Tournament followed by lunch and refreshments and/or an afternoon tour to a local newly completed carwash site)
  • Informal Saturday – Come early and take advantage of the numerous activities on offer at the Resort
  • Industry Overview Presentations – each morning before the exhibit hall opens, expert special interest topics for everyone in the industry.
  • Supplier Presentations – short information sessions by exhibitors.

Three master detailers to be caretakers for vintage cars at car show

ENCINITAS, Calif. — According to a press release, three Master-certified automotive detailers from San Diego County prepped two vintage cars for a car show.

3D Car Care Master-certified detailer Jose Junco with High Performance Auto Detail in Encinitas/North San Diego County, California, Dr. Beasley Master-certified detailer Aldo Alba of ASAP Auto Detail in Rancho Bernardino/Poway, California, and Gloss-It Master-certified trainer Royer Horton of Got Detail in San Diego were at the Petersen Museum earlier this week.
