Moving to the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV provides direct access to routes 512 and 22 as well as an easy commute for employees, the release continued.

The 25,100-square-foot third floor suite, where operations will be housed, has been completely renovated into a state-of-the-art, world-class office environment that will support in excess of 220 employees, the release stated.

There is also a high-tech 5,100-square-foot employee cafeteria on the first floor that will feature healthy food choices at company cost prepared by an on-site chef, the release noted; free coffee, cappuccino and fountain drinks are also available to all employees.

This floor also features a fitness center open 24/7 for all employees, the release added.

“In order to attract highly-skilled employees in today’s market, you need to provide them with an attractive working environment with great benefits and pay scale,” said ICS President Kevin Detrick. “Our team took a great deal of time designing a workplace that is attractive, functional and a fun place to work.”

A living wall was also introduced to bring nature into the setting, as well as other appointments added to enhance the workspace environment. “The wall has over 700 plants and is a great focal point positioned adjacent to the cappuccino bar.” said Detrick.

As part of the move, ICS has announced an expanded benefit package for its employees, the release noted.

New additions to employee benefits include expanded vacation time and the ability to receive paid time off for community service projects and family matters, the release stated.

“Our goal is to attract the highest caliber employee to help us continue to grow the company,” said Detrick.

Lehigh Valley resident Kevin Detrick founded ICS in 1988, and the company has more than 160 employees, most of whom live in the Lehigh Valley, the release added.

ICS has offices in Irvine, California; Bristol, England; Germany and Australia as well as a 55,000-square-foot production facility in Bethlehem on South Commerce Way and a 21,000 square-foot fabrication shop in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, the release concluded.
