AKRON, Ohio — Federal authorities are trying to seize more than $80,000 from Perfect Touch Ultimate Cleaning after suspecting the carwash of being a front for drug dealing, according to Cleveland.com.
Federal prosecutors filed a civil forfeiture complaint against the wash and franchisee Louis H. Johnson, said the article.
Undercover investigators learned Johnson was dealing drugs in the summer of 2012, stated the article. Investigators seized more than $416,000 during the operation.

Johnson told investigators he had begun buying and selling cocaine in 2006, reported the article. He employed two workers at the time.
The carwash owner was convicted for dealing cocaine in 1997. He was sentenced to seven years and eight months in federal prison, noted the article.
