HAYFIELD, MN ― Troy Rasmussen is in jail on charges of theft, criminal damage to property and 5th degree drug possession, after he was caught on film stealing two Samsung weatherproof night vision security cameras from the Freerksen Car Wash on Feb. 6, according to The Byron Review.
The Feb. 18 story said in reviewing the surveillance footage, Detective Scott Rose noticed a white Chevrolet Lumina as well as a white man knocking down the cameras. The car's license plate then lead the detective to Rasmussen.
A search of Rasmussen's residence found the cameras, as well as crystal meth paraphenalia.

Rasmussen also admitted to stealing the cameras.
