SAN MATEO, Calif. — According to www.smdailyjournal.com, Scott Wilson, 49, has been accused of punching and pushing a 77-year-old man at the Touchless Car Wash in Foster City, California, and charged with felony elder abuse, assault and battery.
Wilson was allegedly driving in line behind the victim when he got angry at the elderly man for not moving quickly enough, the article continued.
The victim reportedly exited his car to tip an attendant, causing Wilson to honk multiple times and yell at him to move his car, the article noted.
Wilson then allegedly left his car and punched the man on the left side of his face, knocking the victim’s glasses off and causing him to lose his balance, the article added.
Surveillance video shows that Wilson pushed the man several times, and the victim was pushed against the rear of his car, the article noted.
Wilson then fled the scene, and police later found him at his home, the article stated.
Wilson is in custody on $125,000 bail and appeared in court on Aug. 22nd, telling the judge that he plans to post bail and hire his own attorney, the article concluded.
