CRESTVIEW, FL – A local man was arrested and charged with two counts of battery and one count of false imprisonment after allegedly trying to solicit a women for sex at a carwash.
L’Vaughn Carlisle is accused of inappropriately touching two women on two separate occasions at a Coastal Car Wash.
“If they go at night, try to find a well lit place and a place with security cameras,” Crestview Police Chief Tony Taylor said in the ABC 3 report. “It's always good it can always provide us with information and evidence if something does happen to them.

Taylor said the wash’s security camera footage led to Carlisle’s arrest.
