LIBERTYVILLE, MN — George Roman, owner of Splash Hand Car Wash and Detail, is losing more and more money as roadwork construction is interfereing with his business, a Libertyville Review story said.
The Dec. 9 story said, Roman opened the location two years which was around the same time the $23 million roadwork project began.
At one point, a machine used to spread concrete was blocking his business.
Roman said he has had to slash prices, offer deals and brainstorm with neighboring businesses to come up with ways to make money. He also said he has had to take out “loans on top of loans” to stay afloat.
