BURTON, STAFFORDSHIRE, UK — A carwash and valet service ordered to close by the East Staffordshire Borough Council has been given temporary consent to stay in business.
The Burton Mail reports the carwash has recently submitted plans to permanent occupy the property, which formally housed a gas station. The plans will be heard at a planning meeting at Burton Town Hall on Monday.
Wash closed for ‘unacceptable’ noise levels
So far, 46 comments have been received by the planning committee regarding the project – only two were negative, focusing on the noise.
