ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. — Beverly Johnstone claims a carwash is responsible for peeling paint off her vehicle, according to WPTV.com.

Johnstone stopped at the Start to Finish Car Wash on her way to her father’s memorial service for a wash and wax, noted the article.

After the wash, she noticed three places under the back windshield where paint was peeled away, said the article. The area was damaged where wash employees had taped down her windshield wiper.

The carwash says it tapes down wipers on almost every car to prevent damage, stated the article.

According to the article, the carwash owner agreed to work with Johnstone’s insurance on the $384 bill, but Johnstone has not received a check.
