EDINBURGH, Scotland — Autoglym will partner with the Concours of Elegance for the fourth successive year, according to a press release.
The collaboration will work together to ensure a “unique gathering of rare and exotic cars are presented to the absolute highest standard on the lawns of the Palace of Holyroodhouse [in] Edinburgh,” stated the release.
Only 60 cars, considered to be of the highest caliber, are invited to take part in the event, reported the release, and these vehicles are selected by the Concours Steering Committee, which consists of “the most highly regarded and authoritative car experts.”
Autoglym, with two Royal Warrants, will be on hand with 20 technicians throughout Concours of Elegance to prepare and care for the cars during the event’s judging process, continued the release.
The car care company will also provide the thousands of expected visitors with practical car care advice and technical know-how, added the release.
“The Concours of Elegance is one of the most prestigious classic car events in the U.K. and is now a fixture in the motoring world calendar, unique in that it is held in a sublime royal palace each year,” said Paul Caller, chief executive of Autoglym, in the release. “We are delighted to work with the organizers once more, after the success of the previous three at Windsor, St. James and Hampton Court.”
The three-day event will take place Sept. 4-6, noted the release.
