PRAIRIEVILLE, La. — Geaux Clean Express Car Wash has purchased a new site for its third location, according to businessreport.com.
The carwash purchased the site for about $9.50 per square foot, or just over $727,000, stated the article.
Half of the 1.75-acre site will hold the business, and the other half will be put up for sale, said the article.
The company will build an automatic carwash with 20 self-serve vacuum stations, noted the article. Construction will begin in the next two months.
