SAN ANTONIO — Bubble Bath Car Wash donated 49 bicycles and helmets to children to The Children’s Shelter, according to the San Antonio Business Journal.
According to its website, the shelter provides a “refuge for abused, abandoned and neglected children in its area.” The shelter provides treatment and helps find homes for the children through foster care and adoption.

Bubble Bath opened in 2008, and is a family-owned and operated business. The donation is part of its 2014 philanthropic campaign, noted the article.
The carwash is also a San Antonio Water System-certified facility, using only biodegradable and non-toxic products. Nearly 80 percent of water used is recycled onsite, said the article.
