North Ridgeville, OH — Two men were caught on tape stealing $800 in quarters from a Wash Wizzard carwash change machine.
The two men used the “stringing” method to pull coins from the machine, according to the Clevescene.com story.
“These gentleman are very brazen, they’re either unaware that they are under surveillance by video camera at this carwash or they simply don’t care,” Detective Pat West said in the report.

The video shows several distinguishing features of the criminals, including their vehicle and tattoos.
