CLEVELAND — Author Dr. Stacy Feiner is celebrating the release of her new book Talent Mindset: The Business Owner’s Guide to Building Bench Strength this week, according to a press release.
The book shows business owners how to “optimize talent across the organization, enhance leadership, reduce costs and drive organizational success,” noted the release.
According to the release, two-thirds of businesses have workforces incapable of meeting future business objectives. Employees also do not perform to their highest potentials.
