BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — More than 2,800 locations across four countries will give veterans and current members of the military free carwashes on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, according to GraceforVets.org.
Seven Goo Goo 3 Minute Express locations in Alabama are offering free carwashes from 8 a.m.-7 p.m, according to AL.com.
Green Clean Auto Wash will provide its “Green Extreme” wash to veterans at nine of its 13 Virginia locations from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., according to a press release.

Maryland's Frederick Shell Carwash is also participating in the annual Grace for Vets program with free washes, noted a press release.
The wash will also donate all wash proceeds from 3-6 p.m. to Fort Detrick Alliance’s STEM Educational Program, stated the release. Local radio station WFMD 930 AM will broadcast live from the location.
Grease Monkey Centers will offer free oil changes or other discounts to veterans with military IDs, DD214, or driver’s licenses with military insignia stamps, said a press release.
