EAGAN, MN — A Holiday gas station got preliminary approval to add a free-standing carwash, according to EaganPatch.
The Aug. 31 story said the Eagan Advisory Planning Commission recommended approval for a conditional use permit for a carwash that would replace an unused service garage at the station.
The proposal found support from Peter Dugan, a member of the planning commission. Dugan noted that he would be glad to see the old service garage replaced and he called the existing building an “eyesore.”
The conditional use permit would still need final approval from the Eagan City Council, and it could be decided upon as early as Sept. 4.
