DENVER — Car Wash Express is constructing its sixth facility closer to the city center, according to Businessden.com.
The company’s president, Brett Meinberg, said in the article the wash will serve the needs of “time-starved people” in the area who may not have time for full-serve washes.
Car Wash Express took over the site formerly occupied by Denver Car Wash, which had been closed for about six months before the company bought the property, stated the article.

Car Wash Express began in 2002, reported the article. It is now looking to expand more quickly than it has over the past 13 years.
“A lot of people are moving into apartment living and condo living in that area,” shared Meinberg in the article. “There are a lot of people who are used to washing your car in the driveway; now people are forced to not do it because they’re going into a different style of living.”
The new location will cost the company a couple million dollars, said the article. It will offer three-minute washes and $30 monthly unlimited wash passes. A local artist will be hired to paint a mural on the wall.
