BOWLING GREEN, Ken. — Huck’s convenience store intends to enter the area with the purchase of property where a vacant Burger King now sits, according to The Daily News.
Martin and Bayley owns the Huck’s brand. The company has two stores planned for the site.
Jim Whetstone, vice president of real estate for the company, said in the article, “We sell diesel and gasoline and have stores with a little over 4,000 square feet that include a soda fountain, coffee and food such as fried chicken, along with convenience items.”

Whetstone also noted in the article the company is interested in a couple of other locations in the town as well.
Martin and Bayley is 100 percent employee-owned, reported the article. It has 115 stores across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Missouri.
