LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Zips Car Wash is offering more convenience for Wichita area residents with a new location in Andover, Kansas, just east of Wichita, according to a press release.
This new store, located at 565 S. Andover Rd., will allow the company to serve customers at seven stores within a 25-mile radius with Unlimited Wash Clubs and always-free self-serve vacuums — two features Zips is known for across the nation, the release continued.
“Zips Car Wash invested in Wichita over 10 years ago with the purchase of three Quik Trip carwashes,” said David Williams, Wichita district manager for Zips Car Wash. “And now with seven locations in Wichita, Derby and Andover, we’re excited to serve customers who are on the outskirts of the city with more convenient locations.”
Zips Car Wash purchased the land and built its newest carwash from the ground up, the release noted.
Features include Zips Unlimited Wash Club packages, which customers can use at any Zips Car Wash location; quick, convenient services; and free self-serve vacuums, the release stated.
“We can’t thank our loyal customers enough for their willingness to visit us when they are on their commute to Wichita or in town shopping, but we are truly excited to join them in their community with the addition of this new store in Andover,” added Williams. “We hope the added convenience will help customers keep their vehicle cleaner, especially during the upcoming winter months.”
Due to a city ordinance, Zips Car Wash in Andover will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily with the exception of Christmas day, the release stated; all other Zips sites operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
The growing carwash chain now serves customers at 137 locations across the country, the release concluded.
