BISMARCK, N.D. — The Bismarck City Commission has agreed to let Conrac Solutions build a carwash for rental companies at the Bismarck Municipal Airport, according to the Bismarck Tribune.
The airport plans to finance $50 million worth of runway repairs with the project, noted the article. The city had originally planned to pay for the wash with cash reserves.
